1. How does "The Ace" toiletry kit work?

The Ace is a modular toiletry kit that organizes all your essentials into a single, convenient package. It features a unique shower insert that adheres to any surface, allowing you to efficiently move in and out of any space with ease.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

If you would like to start a return, please go into your account under the item press Print Return Label. Adhere it to the box the item came in and drop it off at the designated carrier. Please remember to remove or black out the original shipping label. 

Once your return is accepted, you will be refunded in full.

3. What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?

Please contact us immediately at randy@rympok.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In the subject line, please state the condition of the item and include a picture. 

4. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

No. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

5. What is the refund process?

After we receive the returned item we will inspect it and issue a refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at returns@rympok.com.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer free international shipping to most countries. Please note that some additional fees and taxes may be applied at checkout. 

7. What are the shipping options for U.S. orders?

We offer free shipping and free returns on all U.S. orders.

8. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping on U.S. orders for an additional fee.
