1. How does the shower kit work?
The shower kit has two suction cups on the back of the insert. It works best on clean smooth surfaces. Rinse the shower insert with water and press the suction cups firmly against the wall. When you want to remove the shower kit just release the suction by pulling on the handle or slipping a finger under the suction cups to release.
2. My shower kit is sliding down the wall or won't stick to the wall?
If your shower kit is sliding down the wall, wet the suction cups and apply force on to the shower kit when it is on the wall for five seconds. This happens when the kit is unbalanced. If that does not work simply hang it on an angle.
If your kit will not stick to the wall please check the material. If the wall is pebbled or rough it will not stick. Please attach the shower kit to glass, mirrors, or smooth tile/marble.
3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
If you would like to start a return, please go into your account under the item press Print Return Label. Adhere it to the box the item came in and drop it off at the designated carrier. Please remember to remove or black out the original shipping label.
Once your return is accepted, you will be refunded in full.

4. What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
Please contact us immediately at randy@rympok.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In the subject line, please state the condition of the item and include a picture.
5. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
No. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
6. What is the refund process?
After we receive the returned item we will inspect it and issue a refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at returns@rympok.com.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. That will change soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping is available.
8. Is the shower insert TSA compliant?
Yes, the shower insert is TSA compliant as are the bottles. We do suggest placing the shower insert in a clearly marked quart sized bag. Please note that when traveling through Europe it is extremely likely that they will ask you to remove the bottles from the shower insert.
9. What are the shipping options for U.S. orders?
We offer standard 3-5 day shipping and expedited one-day shipping.
10. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping is an additional fee and is only for certain countries.
